Our Purpose
In short, it's simple! We believe well developed leaders are happy which creates a dynamic ripple effect that spreads throughout the school community. As a result, inspiring students and families to have The Education Experience of a lifetime comes naturally for engaged and prepared leaders. Our customized approach is multifaceted:We serve all needs from the classroom to the boardroom!
We work to ensure that our strategies are unique to each school community and we truly understand that every individual leader has different needs. No two school communities are the same and our purpose is to shift from a cookie-cutter approach to solving school based problems towards a solutions based focus. Our primary question is always, what can we do to solve the problem. Further, we tailor all of our classroom supports for teachers and students to ensure significant gains specific to their individual goals.
The Education Experience LLC is focused on serving all K-12 districts and schools through hands-on leadership coaching and meaningful professional development, teacher support and training, parent seminars, and student success workshops.

Meet Our Founder, Dr. Boro
Dr. Boro a National Board Certified Teacher (NCBT), instructional practice and school culture expert. A former school administrator, and education consultant with 20 years of experience in education. Dr. Boro is a dynamic and effective leader that inspires others to create their best education experience.
